Meals
All school lunches are cooked onsite every day in our own school kitchen. Our team of dedicated staff, led by our caterer, follow the guidelines laid down for all Surrey schools.
As part of the lunchtime offer, the kitchen will provide:
A two course traditional meal
A vegetarian option
Special dietary requirements
Seasonal salad bar or crudités selection
A choice of desserts including cheese & biscuits, yoghurt or fruit (fresh, dried or tinned)
The menu rotates over a three week cycle and offers lots of variety for the children.

All meals need to be booked in advance and paid online using our SCOPAY online booking and payment system. This also gives parents (and children) the opportunity to select a meal choice ahead of the day; either the Main Option, a Vegetarian Option or a third option which is either a Jacket Potato, Wrap or Pasta Pot. You will also be able to book your child in for a hot lunch on an ad-hoc basis. For example, if your child would like to have the roast that is offered on a Wednesday, you can book them in for this one day only. If your child would like to have a hot lunch only on a Monday and Thursday, it is now be possible to book these meals.
The price for a school lunch is £2.70 per day. This will be increasing to £2.80 per day from 1st September 2024.
If you have not signed up but would like your child to have a nutritional hot meal every day, then please see the school office.
Do you know about Free School Meals?
You could save £480.70 from September 2023 with Universal Infant Free School Meals.
School meals are a FREE entitlement (not means tested) for all Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 pupils.
Your child may also be entitled to Free School Meals from Year 3 onwards, please check with the school office to see if your child qualifies.
Allergies and Special Diets
Our caterers, Twelve15, cater for specific dietary requirements ranging from vegan to vegetarian, gluten free, pescatarian and pork/beef free diets. We also cater for the 14 recognised food allergens (celery, crustaceans, dairy, egg, fish, gluten, lupin, molluscs, mustard, nut, peanut, sesame, soya, sulphites) as well as additional requirements such as legumes and pulses allergies. Please complete a Special Diet Request Form (found below) where you can outline your child's specific needs. The catering team will access the applications and match to an appropriate menu.
Whilst every step is taken to avoid cross contamination by following the procedures outlined in our Assured Safe Catering Procedures Manual, for instance two-stage cleaning and separate utensils, we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment for the production of dishes on our allergen menus.
For safety reasons, it is not possible to cater for pupils with airborne allergies given the facilities available in school kitchens.
